In response to growing demand for premier Independent Living options with a LifeCare contract, The Moorings is embarking on an exciting expansion and revitalization of its community, with completion anticipated in 2027.

Our new five-story Independent Living building will house 70 brand-new, open-concept Independent Living residences ranging from 1,050 to 1,900 square feet. Choose from one- or two-bedroom-with-den residences, each featuring a balcony and custom finish options.
