Private patios are available with first-floor residences.
Ranging from 720 sq. ft. to 2,200 sq. ft., Lake Forest Place has 16 apartment styles to choose from, and entrance fees start at $214,900.

These stunning cottages come in two- and three-bedroom floor plans, some with a den. Features vary by cottage but may include cathedral ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a sunroom with bay windows, a two-car private garage, a spacious private patio, yard and landscaping, and a full-sized washer and dryer.
