b'Dear Friends,In this annual report for Presbyterian Living and the Geneva Foundation, we highlight some of the generous peopledonors, residents, families, employees, friends, and neighborswho help to sustain our mission. Their gifts are used in countless wayssuch as supporting the benevolence, growth, and enhancement of our communities; creating new and innovative programs;and offering scholarships and aid to staff. Their giving is a key to our ability to achieve and celebrate community. When these financial gifts are combined with sage input from residents, thoughtful perspectives from staff, and the knowledgeand skills of our leadership, we achieve impressive results. Here is a high-level recap of a few recent accomplishments. With input from 1,000+ people in a year-long process, we completed a brand refresh. Presbyterian Homes is now Presbyterian Living, with updated logos and color palettes. We retained Presbyterian in our name because of its association with quality, faith, and guiding principles. We updated to Living to convey the expansive lifestyle services we offer, acknowledging that weare more than Homes. With great care, we also revisited our mission to ensure we have a clearly articulated purpose to guide us for the next50 (or even 100!) years. Our new purpose statement, Creating Pathways for Vibrant Aging, reflects our most importantcharacteristics. In addition, we meticulously analyzed what were all about, and that is: People, Community, and Mission. With this clarity of purpose, we can continuously align our decisions and actions with what is truly important to our organization. We recently completed extensive analysis and deliberation to develop Presbyterian Livings Strategic Plan 2025. Theresulting roadmap has three key areas of strategic focus: Mission Expansion, in which we will focus on expanding our coreLife Plan Community Product and diversifying our product offerings; Consumer Experience, in which we assess themany ways our consumers (including both current and prospective residents and their families) experience ourorganization and strive to make each interaction fulfilling; and People-Focused Culture, in which we develop andimplement strategies to attract and retain the best people for our team.Combining these new directions with donor support, the future is bright and exciting. With our circles ofconnectivity uniting us in many ways, we will continue to achieve great things and celebrate communitythroughout Presbyterian Living. ANNUAL REPORT 2025 PG 3'
